The Interclub meets provide a great opportunity for children to experience a wide range of athletics events including shot put, discus, long jump, high jump, track races from 60m up to 1500m distances, race walking, hurdles, steeplechase and relays.  Athletes remain with their age-grade groups during the meet, and move between events in rounds. Events offered for each grade are adjusted to suit the age of athletes, and not all events are offered at each meet. You can check each meet page for the schedules.

A programme of events is published prior to each meeting so that athletes and parents know what is coming up.Children compete in their club uniform and gain points that count towards Interclub trophies that are awarded at the end of the season.
